Transit Oriented Development Project

The Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project for MASJID JAMEK begins with site surveys and data collection, focusing on urban planning and visual impact assessment. A site inventory and analysis are conducted to understand existing features and context, leading to the generation of a conceptual plan. Feasibility studies are then undertaken, followed by the development of ideas and detailed planning, including cost calculations and environmental management planning. A project model is built to visualize the proposed development, leading to the preparation of a comprehensive master plan. Finally, a development report is compiled, documenting the entire process from initiation to recommendations for implementation, ensuring a systematic and successful approach to enhancing the urban environment around MASJID JAMEK through transit-oriented development.


Following the completion of all phases, the MASJID JAMEK Transit Oriented Development project is successfully exhibited.
