Following extensive field work and a thorough field trip to Pantai Batu Hitam in Kuantan, we have developed comprehensive development proposals and plans to guide the area's sustainable growth. Our team meticulously prepared a Master Plan that integrates environmental stewardship, community enhancement, and economic vitality. The Composite Map provides a visual representation of proposed land use, infrastructure, and amenities, ensuring efficient spatial organization. A detailed SWOT analysis identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, informing strategic decision-making. Additionally, our Feasibility Study assessed the practicality and economic viability of proposed initiatives, while an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) outlined measures to mitigate environmental impacts and promote long-term sustainability. These outputs collectively represent our commitment to fostering a resilient and vibrant future for Pantai Batu Hitam, grounded in thorough research and community engagement.
